Request License Verification of your ND License
The Board of Massage will complete an official verification of your North Dakota Massage License for another state or jurisdiction upon your request. This verification can be completed on a designated form you provide or on the Board’s official letterhead. This verification will contain the Board’s official seal.
There is no fee for this service.
