EVEN-NUMBERED LICENSES! Your license is set to expire February 28, 2026. You may renew your license online or by submitting a paper application form with a money order or cashier's check for the renewal fee; NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED! The fee for renewal is $200.00. Applications and fees postmarked on or after March 1, 2026 will be subject to a $50.00 late fee. You can access the online or paper application form by clicking here.
Please note, the NDBMT is no longer printing the small license cards and mailing them out. You are required to print your own card after your license is renewed. You can print your card here.

You may change your name or address information on-line now at Licensee Account Update! Name changes will require you to upload a copy of the court document showing the name change such as a marriage certificate, divorce decree, etc.

The NDBMT would like to remind you that all continuing education courses approved by either AMTA or NCBTMB are automatically approved. Please do not apply for approval with the NDBMT for these courses.
If you determine a course you are interested in attending is not approved by either AMTA or NCBTMB, you should apply for approval with the NDBMT by submitting the LMT Course Approval Request Form found here, https://www.ndbmt.org/licenseeapproval.asp.
